World Industries

Working with one of the most iconic names in skateboarding, creating skateboard graphics & a new logo for the brand.
Creating a new logo for World Industry sounded simple enough. Create a logo which is iconic, easily recognizable and easy for kids to draw on their notebooks. Make it something that would appeal to the 30+ skateboarders who remember when World was the dominate force in skateboarding and also to the tween skaters who only know World as having Flame Boy & Wet Willy.
As soon as the WRLD Bolts logo was created, we knew it was a contender, it hit on all the marks World specified they wanted in their creative brief. The logo chosen & in use today is nearly exactly the one sketched out at the beginning of the project.
