Box set consisted of DVD, CD, 32pg Graphic Novel, Dream Journal, Slip case. Various levels of members-only packages included screenprinted poster, t-shirts, lithograph poster & more.

The box set featured foil stamp logos on the outside of the slip case, debossing on both covers & hidden metallic text inside the slip case.
