NO NECK JOE
Loved these old cartoons, went to see the Festival of animation every year down in La Jolla. Done by Craig McCracken, who later went on to create the Powderpuff Girls. This festival was produced by Spike & Mike, it helped launch numerous animation careers (Mike as in Mike Judge – Beavis & Butthead, King of the Hill, Idiocracy, Extract, etc).
